Juan Guillamón: "Fomento will tender the pedestrian promenade of the Mahoya-Abanilla highway in 15 days" The PP regional deputy points out that the plans of the regional government are to start the works before the end of the year (23/06/2018)

The regional deputy of the Popular Party, Juan Guillamón, said that the Ministry of Public Works plans to tender in 15 days the construction project of the pedestrian walkway Mahoya-Abanilla.

Guillamón responds to the demonstrations of political representatives of Citizens, "the regional government meets its budget commitments and the work will be hired once the technical supervision of the project," he said.

The regional deputy of the PP has recalled that we are facing an action whose total budget of bidding amounts to 351,416.00 and the commitment is to run the annuity consigned for 2018 amounting to 150,000 euros.

"We are the first interested in improving the safety of the roads of the Region" said Juan Guillamón who has assured that the Ministry of Development has planned "that the work can begin to run before the end of the year."

"We do not need Citizens to remind us of our obligations because we are a party that fulfills its commitments" said Juan Guillamón who added that "the regional executive has taken the appropriate steps to improve the road and the works begin as soon as possible."
