The PSOE wants to know if the Autonomous Community has exercised control over the landfill in Abanilla Proambiente and illegal discharges that have occurred in the municipality.
The regional deputy Teresa Rosique goes to people in the record to see first hand the performance of regional government in all matters relating to the issue of garbage Abanilla Proambiente managed by the company, which owns the employer Ángel Fenoll.
Rosique want to know all the technical reports have been issued regarding the dumping of rubbish in that municipality.
It also wants to know if the Ministry of Environment has opened disciplinary proceedings "for the unauthorized landfill, which the company had done" as well as the entire contents of the file.
